Booking Completed Message

Neko allows you to send a message to a client when you have completed a booking.

Neko allows you to send a text or email message to a client when a booking has been completed.

To mark a booking as completed, do the following:

1) Tap the booking on the Main Calendar

2) Once you see the booking popup, click the Status button and select Completed

To set up your messages, visit the Marketing Setup screen via https://my.neko.software/Marketing/Setup

1) Select Add New Message

2) In the New Message screen, enter:

  • A description of your message - This is used for you to track your message,

  • Select if you would like to send the message via email or text.

  • If sending an email, enter the Subject of the email.

  • Enter the message you would like to send.

Important Note:

  • Neko can be triggered to send more than one message when you complete a booking. If you would like to send another message, please follow the above steps.

  • Messages should be sent to a client within 10 minutes of marking the booking as Completed.
