Booking Wizard

Neko's booking wizard allows you to quickly book in your clients and if you are a pet groomer, the client's best friend.

To make a new booking

Step 1 - Tap or click on the Main Calendar

Step 2 - Start by searching for your client. You can enter their Name, Phone Number, Email Address or Pet Name.

Note: If you have a new client, Tap the + button and enter the new client's details.

Step 3 - Once you have selected a Client, you can select the service the client wishes to have in the Service dropdown box.

Note: If you are a Pet Groomer you can select the Pet's Name

Step 4 - The Selected Services will be shown. Add a Comment if you wish and tap Save.

Hints and Tips

Employee and Pets

When adding a service to a booking, you can select a different Pet or Employee for each service booked.

Client Details

You can update the client's details by tapping the Pencil button. You can also tap the client's details to email or call them.

Change the Date and Time

Tap the Date and Time at the top of the Booking Wizard to adjust them.

Block Time

If you need to block out time on your calendar, simply enter the booking wizard and tap the Block Time button. Select from the list provided.
