Neko has a popup that allows you to view information about your client and booking with ease.

Anywhere you see a booking, tapping it will display the following popup:

The client attached to the booking will appear along with their contact details. Tap your client's name to bring up their client card or tap their contact details to call or email them.

If you are a pet groomer you will be able to see details of the pet and access the pet card by tapping their name.

Here you can cancel the booking or let others know if the client has confirmed, arrived or completed their booking.

Note: If you mark a booking as Confirmed before an automatic booking reminder is due to be sent, a reminder will not be sent.

This shows information about the booking including what services are included and if any payments are required.

Tapping the Payment button will allow you to pay for the booking, refund a booking or see previous transactions associated with the booking. To go directly into the current transaction assigned to the booking, click the Payment Button, if you would like to see more options, click the Down Arrow.

To assign or change Room or Resource Allocations, tap the Service. This will pop up a list of Room or Resources you can assign.

Add notes to the booking so they appear in the client's history. Make sure you tap the Save button once you are happy.

Tap the upload button to add a photo or document to the booking.

View any existing forms associated with the booking or tab the Start Form button to add a new form.

View the booking reminders to other messages that have been sent or received for this booking. Click the Message icon to send a booking reminder manually.

See what's been changed in the booking since it was created. At the time of writing this article, this area is in Beta, which means we are still testing it and also adding new history items that will appear in this area. Currently, it is limited to changes of times and dates of the booking.
