How to Add a Gift Card Online.
Adding gift cards online are a great way to provide your clients with last-minute gift options.
You can sell fixed amount gift cards or allow your clients to set their own amount.
Click on the following link:
Or
From the top menu, click on the Clients tab.
From the drop-down menu, select Gift Cards.
Click on the green +New Gift Card button.
Or
Click on an existing Gift Card.
The gift card’s Details page will appear.
Scroll down to Online Purchase.
Show Online: Click this slider to change to Yes.
Online Description: Type in the description of the Gift Card, e.g. Christmas Gift Card.
Terms and Conditions: Type in the Terms and Conditions for this Gift Card.
Email Template: You can choose to attach a pre-made image to the Gift Card or choose your own Custom Design.
Choose an email template to add to your Gift Card by clicking on the down-ward facing arrow.
A selection of gift card templates will appear.
Choose the email template that best suits the Gift Card theme by clicking on the image,
Or
Select Custom Image to add your own image.
Expires After: You are able to set the expiry of the gift card here.
Click on the down-ward facing arrow to choose an expiry time.
Now Click on the Blue Save button.
Your Gift Card is now available online for purchase.
