Neko transaction screens are easy to use and very mobile phone friendly.

Adding an Item to the transaction

To add a product, service or other types of items to the transaction, tap or click the item in the selection screen.

If you are on a mobile device, you will need to click the Add Item button first.

Edit or delete an item already in the transaction

Tap the item in the transaction display and the editing options will appear

Once you have made changes, tap the Save button.

If you would like to delete the item, click the Delete button

A faster way to change a price.

If you would like to change the price or more than 1 to the transaction, press and hold the item. This will pop up more options for you to select depending on the transaction type.

Update the details and tap the Confirm button.

Searching for an Item

To search for an item, Tap the search box and enter the description, SKU or barcode number.

Depending on the type of transaction you are performing, you can also use the Services, Products, Packages, Prepaid and Gift Cards buttons to narrow down the items shown.

Completing a Transaction

Once you are done entering all of your items into the transaction, click the green Check Out of Continue button

Entering a payment

To enter a payment, tap the Payment Type.

If you wish to split payments, change the Payment Amount and then tap the Payment Type.

Completing a Transaction

The complete button will show once you have entered all the payments.

Tap the Complete button to finalise the transaction.

You will then see the final details of the transaction.
