If a customer's transaction is unfinished due to an outstanding balance, it will be temporarily put on hold. This parked sale can be retrieved and completed at a later time.
To locate a parked sale:
Step 1: Go to the Transactions tab and select Search Transactions.
Step 2: If the sale was parked today, it can be found in the list. Look for the "Parked" status.
Note: You can also search for the parked sale by specifying the date.
