It is important to enter all gift card redemption through Neko. This way all gift cards claimed will be written off which prevents dual usage, resulting in a loss to your business.

To claim a gift card:

Step 1: In a Transaction, select Gift Card as payment and Click + to add the payment onto the transaction. Note that the Amount Due must be equal or lower than the Gift Card value.

Step 2: The Gift Card popup will appear prompting you to enter your Gift Card Number. Once found, select it from the list.

Step 3: The Gift Card payment will be applied to the transaction.
