As Neko allows you to enter Gift Card into the system, you have the ability to search for these Gift Card to display their balance and transaction history.

To search for a gift card:

Step 1: Click Clients tab and select Search Gift Cards.

Step 2: You can search for a specific Gift Card Amount by entering in the amount. If you need to search for a specific Gift Card Number, you may use the search criteria on the top right.

Step 3: Click to reveal the Gift Card details. The details will show the card code, balance, created date, last used date and the card's history. In Gift Card History, you may click into it to reveal any transactions involving the use of this Gift Card.
