Want to know what Resource's and Room's are being used for the day?

Check out the Resource Calendar.

Step 1: Click the Bookings Tab and select Resource Calendar

Step 2: Choose your day, you will be able to see what resources are being used at what times during the chosen day.

Step 3: If you just want to concentrate on one Resource or Room, select the filter on the top drop down box. Select the Resource or Room you wish to view. The Calendar will only show you the one Resource or Room you have chosen.
