How to Add Loyalty Points to Products

Learn how easy it is to add loyalty points to products.

A loyalty points system is a fantastic way to make your clients feel appreciated while you increase revenue.

Neko automatically allocates points or dollars to your client’s card, depending on their spending habits.

Click the following link to add loyalty points to products:

From the top menu, click on the Products tab.

From the drop-down menu, select Retail Products.

The product page will appear.

Select the desired product by clicking on the product name. E.g. Lily and Rose Shampoo.

Click on the Loyalty button.

The Loyalty page will appear.

Loyalty fields.

Loyalty points: Set the number of loyalty points you wish to allocate to this product.

Increase by will be the first field you see.

Keep this selected and add the number of points by clicking the +plus sign to increase the amount or the -minus sign to decrease the amount.

Alternatively, you can simply type in a numerical amount. e.g. 1

If you need to reduce this amount in the future, you can select the arrow in the drop-down menu next to Increase by and select Subtract by.

Then continue as above by adding in the new loyalty point amount.

Loyalty money: Set the loyalty dollar amount you wish to allocate to this product.

Leave this section blank if you are using the points system.

You may also choose to use a combination of both loyalty points and loyalty money if desired.

If you need to reduce this amount in the future, you can select the arrow on the drop-down menu next to Increase by and select Subtract by.

Then continue as above by adding in the new loyalty point amount.

Points Redemption:

Free when client has: This is the first field you will see.

Add the total number of points a client needs to receive this product free of charge. Add numerical amount, e.g. 45 loyalty points.

Or

Select the arrow on the drop-down menu next to free when client has to reveal another option.

Never give for free: Select this option if you do not want to allow this product to be given free of charge.

Once completed, click the blue Save button.

Yay! You’re done.
