Sometimes you may wonder why Neko is not showing the correct hours on your calendar.
Here are some steps to check to ensure your settings are correct:
Check your opening hours.
See https://my.neko.software/Admin/OpeningHours
βCheck your employee's default working hours.
Select the employee at https://my.neko.software/Employees and select the Hours section.

βCheck your rosters.
See https://my.neko.software/Rosters and select the date in question.Remember Rosters override the default working hours set in step 2
Your calendar will also show you where the start and end times come from
Tips:
Rosters always override the default working hours of an employee.
Remember to ensure all hours are correct - Check AM and PM times.
