Sometimes you may wonder why Neko is not showing the correct hours on your Online Booking site.

Here are some steps to check to ensure your settings are correct:

  1. Check your opening hours.
  2. Check your employee's default working hours.
    Select the employee at and select the Default Working Hours section.
  3. Check your rosters.
    See and select the date in question.

Remember to ensure all hours are correct - Check AM and PM times.
