Checking Your Employees Hours

Sometimes you may wonder why Neko is not showing the correct hours

Sometimes you may wonder why Neko is not showing the correct hours on your calendar.

Here are some steps to check to ensure your settings are correct:

  1. Check your opening hours.
    See https://my.neko.software/Admin/OpeningHours

  2. Check your employee's default working hours.
    Select the employee at https://my.neko.software/Employees and select the Hours section.

  3. Check your rosters.
    See https://my.neko.software/Rosters and select the date in question.

    Remember Rosters override the default working hours set in step 2

Your calendar will also show you where the start and end times come from

  • The clock symbol means the displayed time from the employee's default working hours - See 2 above

  • The employee symbol means the displayed time is from a roster - See 3 above

Tips:

Rosters always override the default working hours of an employee.

Remember to ensure all hours are correct - Check AM and PM times.
