When you no longer stock a product, you can easily suspend it from the system to avoid confusion or errors. This will ensure your system is always updated with the correct product list and is especially important if you are selling your products online.

From the top menu, click on the Products tab.
From the drop-down menu, select Products.
The Products page will appear.
Select the product you wish to suspend.
The products details page will appear, as shown below.
Click the Blue Active slider button, and the status will change to Suspended.

Remember to click the blue Save button.
You have now suspended a product.
