There are 2 ways of processing refunds on Neko. Booking Refund and a Cash Refund.

To do a Booking Refund:

Step 1: Locate the booking and right click and select Booking Refund.

Step 2: Select the refund method of payment and click Complete.

To do a Cash Refund:

Step 1: Click the Transaction tab and select Cash Refund.

Step 2: Search the item you a refunding from the search item list, then select the refund method of payment along with the total amount to be refunded and click Complete.
