If you haven't received your confirmation email, try searching your junk mail inbox to see if the email is in there. It may also be in your other inbox folders within your email account.

If you have not received the email, go to https://my.neko.software and log in with the username and password that you created during your sign up process and request to have the confirmation email re-sent.
