Neko can send promotional messages, booking reminders and product updates via text messages to your clients. This is a powerful tool for you to achieve business awareness to your existing clients.

Before sending any messages out, you will need to purchase credits. To buy credits:

Step 1: Click the Marketing tab and select Buy Credits.

Step 2: Click Buy Now on the SMS/Email package you wish to purchase.

Step 3: The Credit Card purchase screen will appear. Enter your payment details and click Submit to purchase.

Note: Your credits (SMS and Email) does not have an expiry date/period and will remain in your account until used.
