Before being able to send out any SMS messages within Neko, you will need to ensure you have sufficient credits. To learn how to buy SMS credits, click here.

To check your credit balance:

Step 1: Go to the Marketing tab and select Setup.

Step 2: In Account details, you should be able to see your current Email and SMS Balance. If you need more credits, simply click on the Add Credits button and purchase the package you require.
